My name is Konstantin Sonev. I am Team Lead of the YouTube Promotion department at YouGrow Promo, running Google Ads for music promotion and leading the team behind the campaigns.
Separately I build automations: n8n, Claude and whatever AI tooling a problem needs. Dashboards, live sites, posting pipelines, moderation agents. Some of it makes my own work faster. Most of it is its own thing.
I got here through a Creative Media and Game Technologies degree at Hanze UAS, on projects spanning VR, 3D and 2D games, mobile, and physical ones like board and card games. Mostly level design and code, and the habit of building the thing instead of describing it.
The rest I started myself. Trap Wave, an independent hip-hop events organisation behind six parties. The Bulgarian Society Netherlands, co-founded, now running in nine cities, where I am still treasurer alongside the job. Domakin.nl, a student housing platform I co-founded.
A multi-tenant web platform for the boards of the Bulgarian Society Netherlands. Per-branch Google sign-in, Stripe exports for events and memberships, the accounting book built in one click, social growth tracking, events and a history tab.
Founded an independent hip-hop brand in Groningen. Six parties and events, roughly 300 people each. Booking, brand, venues, sponsorship and merch.
Co-founder and treasurer. Four people at a doorway in November 2022, a nine-city national network by 2026.
An interactive 3D globe telling the full history of a country, chapter by chapter. Built on three.js, deployed live, each page written and styled from its own flag palette.
A VR chemistry classroom for visually impaired students aged 12 to 16, guided entirely by voice. Commissioned by a real client.
